What is the Weather in Canada?
Canada is one of the largest countries in the world which means that its climate varies widely depending on where you plan to visit. The northern part of the country is extremely cold with very short summers. The western portion of the country is rainy, especially during the winter. If you are traveling to the Toronto area, you will find cold, snowy winters and warm, humid summers.
How do I get Around Canada
Because Canada is so large, if you plan to travel around the country, it is likely you will need to use air transportation. There are areas in Canada where large airports do not exist which means you will need to fly to the closest airport and then rent a car or find bus or train transportation to your final destination. There is a large train network that is safe and comfortable as well. Because of the size of Canada, bus transportation can take a long time, but it is an option if you plan to visit cities along the bus route. Some of the coastal areas of Canada also have ferry transportation. Larger cities also have public intercity transportation as well, or you can choose taxis or rideshare options to take short, local trips within a city.
